The Tasting Room by Sommelier Tristan offers guided Spanish wine experiences in the heart of Valencia. Founded by Tristan van Doorn, who brings more than a decade of experience in fine dining and restaurants, the business introduces guests to artisanal wines and the stories behind them. Regular tastings take place in an intimate, relaxed venue and are hosted by Tristan, described on the site as a three-Michelin-star sommelier. Guests sample five carefully selected wines from small Spanish wineries, learn how regions and winemaking shape each wine’s character, and enjoy an aperitif, traditional Spanish tapas and petit fours.

Alongside scheduled public events, The Tasting Room organizes private tastings and wine events tailored to groups, including dinners and staff gatherings. Tristan also creates personalized Spanish wine gift boxes based on the recipient’s preferences. Each listed gift box includes two selected Spanish wines. Whether visitors are new to wine or already enthusiasts, the experience combines wine education, Spanish food and warm hospitality in a central Valencia setting.
