Le Sommet du Hohneck is a historic mountain auberge and restaurant in La Bresse, in France’s Vosges region. Established in 1898 and set at an altitude of 1,366 metres, it welcomes hikers, travellers and nature lovers from early April to late October. Guests can enjoy expansive mountain views and a warm, convivial atmosphere while sampling regional cuisine prepared with fresh, local and seasonal ingredients. A few kilometres below, the Brasserie du Hohneck produces craft beers inspired by the local area.
