Agencia Scala is an immigration and legal-advisory agency created by Argentine entrepreneurs Juani and Maxi, who draw on more than ten years of living abroad. The agency supports people from Argentina and South America who want to live, study, or work overseas, aiming to make visa, residency, and citizenship processes clearer and less stressful. Its services cover Spain, Italy, and the United States.

For Spain, Scala assists with Spanish citizenship, digital nomad and student visas, arraigo options, non-lucrative residency, residence and work applications for highly qualified professionals, and qualification recognition. For Italy, it offers support with Italian citizenship and registration with AIRE; for the United States, it provides assistance with B1/B2 visas. Scala evaluates each client’s circumstances and goals, helps prepare documentation, develops an individual legal strategy, and manages bureaucratic steps with ongoing guidance.

The agency says it works with specialist collaborators in different countries and uses technology to provide real-time case updates, helping clients understand their options and track progress throughout the process
