Fundación CGE, formally known as Fundación Consulting Group Ecuador, is a volunteer-led organization focused on health, nutrition, emergency response, and community development in Ecuador. Established with legal status under Ministerial Agreement No. 0083-2017, it works with health institutions, local governments, and communities to deliver assistance where it is most needed.

Its services include prehospital care, medical brigades in remote river and highland areas, emergency evacuations, and support during disasters such as earthquakes, landslides, and floods. The foundation also provides nutrition kits, clothing, and assistance to vulnerable communities, alongside preventive health initiatives and technical training in first aid and operational tactical medicine. Its reported work includes nutritional follow-up for children under five and programs addressing chronic childhood malnutrition.

Recent missions have brought preventive care and vaccinations to Shuar communities in Pastaza, provided nutrition kits to pregnant women in rural highland areas, and offered leadership training to community organizers. Fundación CGE also invites health professionals, logistics specialists, and other volunteers to participate, and accepts donations through an official bank transfer channel.
