About TAGMA
TAGMA is a non-profit Uruguayan organization dedicated to developing innovative projects centered around education and sustainability in Latin America. Our mission is to educate and inspire present generations towards a sustainable future. We work across three project lines: Una Escuela Sustentable (A Sustainable School), Aula Escuela Plus, and the Aprender Program.
As pioneers, we are building the first network of sustainable public schools in Latin America, experimenting with creative solutions in sustainable construction, regeneration, entrepreneurship, and environmental education. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, working with students, volunteers, public and private sectors, universities, social organizations, and civil society. Our vision is to transform the way we inhabit the world by constructing sustainable public schools in every country in Latin America.
