Success of Nations and Governance (SONG AFRICA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to building, equipping, and empowering youth of African descent with the skills and character required to influence and deliver successful government in Africa. Through continuous initiatives, we provide a platform for practical idea exchange and offer solutions to the various political, economic, and social issues hindering good governance in Africa. Since our establishment in 2015, we have successfully organized impactful events in Abuja, Nairobi, and Aberdeen, inspiring over 3000 individuals to embrace a transformative mindset for Africa.

We actively collaborate with government bodies, individuals, corporate institutions, civil society organizations, and other NGOs with a shared goal of transforming communities and nations in Africa. Our approach focuses on four key initiatives: SHAPE THE FUTURE, SONG INSTITUTE, THE PLEDGE, and SONG ADVISORY AND CONSULTANCY. SHAPE THE FUTURE is a mentorship boot camp that equips youths in universities and secondary schools with the necessary skills to become instruments of change and role models in their generation.

SONG INSTITUTE is a global learning platform that provides certification programs and specialist streams to train, equip, mentor, and mobilize youths and young professionals in governance and community development. THE PLEDGE is a unique social networking platform designed to encourage leadership, mentorship, and government participation, while SONG ADVISORY AND CONSULTANCY PROGRAM offers consultancy services to support governments and public institutions in improving and transforming local communities, provinces, regions, and nations.
