Sonja bewegt

Sonja bewegt is a family-focused baby massage and relaxation service founded by Sonja Keppeler, a mother of two based in the Allgäu. Its courses help parents learn gentle massage techniques and enjoy calm, close moments with their babies, with the child’s needs at the centre. Sessions are available as home visits, allowing families to learn in familiar surroundings, or as online courses that can be followed from home.

Participants receive a password to revisit course videos after the sessions. Sonja also shares practical guidance for parents and introduces exercises for mothers and fathers at the start of each massage class. The service highlights potential benefits including relaxation, stronger parent-child bonding, and support for babies experiencing discomfort such as colic; it also offers baby yoga exercises intended to help prepare a baby’s body for crawling.

Gift vouchers are available for an online massage course, a home visit, or a flexible amount, with delivery by email or post. Sonja bewegt combines accessible instruction with a personal, supportive approach to family wellbeing
