Sonnenland is a horse and pony experience farm and children’s riding school in Neufarn near Munich, offering nature-focused activities for children and families. Its programs combine time with horses and ponies with creative experiences and outdoor adventures. Children can join riding lessons, pony rides and guided Ponyglück tours around the farm, with activities such as a welcome session, a simple “horse-riding licence” introduction and a stop at the adventure straw fort. Seasonal events include themed tours, while holiday programs provide additional opportunities to spend time with the animals.

Sonnenland also hosts horse-themed children’s birthday parties and family events, helping families plan celebrations with riding and nature experiences. For those seeking a longer connection with the animals, care sponsorships and riding-share arrangements offer time to groom ponies or donkeys, go for walks and take part in workshops. Gift vouchers are available, and visitors can find information about the farm’s team, animals and programs through its website. Sonnenland presents its activities as welcoming, memorable experiences for young horse enthusiasts and their families.
