SoNo Fest & Chili Cook-Off is a community festival in San Diego’s North Park neighborhood, bringing residents together for food, music, local makers, and family-friendly activities. The 2026 event is scheduled for Sunday, December 6, from 11 a. m.
to 5 p. m. at 32nd Street and Thorn Street, with full festival details to come.
Its centerpiece is a neighborhood chili cook-off, where restaurants can compete for local bragging rights. Visitors can also enjoy food and beverage offerings, a Booze Garden, live music, and a Kids Zone. The festival supports the McKinley Elementary Foundation, and the organizers state that 100% of proceeds benefit the foundation and its programs.
