Soristic seeks to Inform, Engage and Transform how People perform, organise and evaluate Social Work, working on projects both locally in Singapore and in the South East Asia region. We believe that social impact organisations are slowed down by a lack of information and inefficient allocation of resources. We help to bridge the gap in knowledge and provide creative solutions to allow our partners to have a greater impact on the ground. By helping them be more effective, we also help alleviate the issues facing the communities they work with. We work collaboratively with our partners and stakeholders to co-create innovative solutions and see them through from concept to implementation. We strive to be a catalytic force in ensuring effective, sustainable social change for organisations and communities.

About Soristic
Soristic is a social impact consultancy based in Singapore, established in 2015. With over 20 years of experience in the social sector, our experienced team specializes in various areas that impact society. We conduct social impact assessments for both charities' programs and corporates' sustainability initiatives.
Additionally, we offer capacity building support and research services to organizations, focusing on topics such as employability for disadvantaged individuals, philanthropy, and the state of social enterprise. At Soristic, our core focus areas include evaluation and impact assessment, research and consultancy, as well as capacity building and advocacy. Our team of experts, including Thye Yoke Pean, Pauline Tan, Juliana Rasid, and Farrell Tan, bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our projects.
They have worked with local and international funders, charities, and businesses, delivering social outcomes frameworks, conducting impact evaluations, and providing strategic advice. We are proud of our successful case studies, including the development of a social value measurement framework for Tote Board Singapore and the evaluation of early childhood and senior masterclass programs for Prudential Singapore. We also developed an outcome measurement framework for grantees of CapitaLand Hope Foundation.
