Souladronka

Souladronka is a women-focused boutique studio located at Usedlost Ladronka in Prague 6’s Břevnov district, surrounded by the greenery of Ladronka Park. It offers a welcoming space for women of different ages, body types, abilities and experience levels to move, recharge and connect, without pressure to perform. Its programme includes Pilates, yoga, barre and other exercise classes, with a schedule designed to help each visitor find an activity that suits her.

The studio also provides massages for relaxation and pain relief, as well as access to an ice bath for mindful breathing and a refreshing reset. For women navigating midlife, Souladronka offers Restart 45+, a programme combining workshops and individual health coaching on topics such as hormonal balance, nutrition, sleep, stress, exercise and habits during perimenopause and menopause. Additional offerings include gift vouchers, events and adaptable spaces for rental.

Through movement, wellbeing services and opportunities to learn and share experiences, Souladronka aims to give women a supportive place to slow down and care for themselves
