Soulving is a personal counselling and guidance practice founded by Lisa Kölln, a social pedagogue and couples counsellor who is also training as a psychological and systemic counsellor. The brand supports people facing difficult life stages, major decisions, relationship challenges, or changes in family life, helping them explore new directions and find practical ways forward.

Soulving offers three services. Your Soulway provides individual conversations tailored to each person’s needs, available online or in person in Hamburg, and suitable for individuals or couples. Open Minded helps small groups develop the tools and foundations for more respectful, effective everyday communication. Sessions are available online or in Hamburg, with in-house group bookings offered. Your Resolution supports partners navigating separation, helping them shape a new family arrangement and create a dependable plan for their children. This service includes six months of guidance, at least six joint sessions, and weekly support in person in Hamburg.

Clients can begin with a free introductory conversation to discuss their circumstances and what kind of support may be helpful.
