Source Angel

Source Angel is an international outstaffing and IT team support company that connects businesses with talent in Eastern Europe. With offices and team members in Ukraine, Romania and Poland, the company helps clients build and manage distributed development teams, supported by Scandinavian management. Its founders bring 10 years of experience working in Ukraine and provide on-the-ground guidance to help clients collaborate effectively with their extended teams.

Source Angel offers several services tailored to different hiring and operating needs. Businesses can build a dedicated, managed team working exclusively on their projects, or extend an existing team with specialists selected to match required skills, processes and company culture. The company also supports clients working with freelancers by handling accounting, invoicing and equipment arrangements. For businesses seeking a local presence, Source Angel can help find office space and manage administration, with additional staff functions available to support team operations.

By combining recruitment, workspace arrangements and ongoing collaboration support, Source Angel helps clients focus on their development goals while managing the practical demands of distributed IT teams.
