The Southeast Florida Regional Climate Change Compact, established in 2009, is a collaborative partnership between Broward, Miami-Dade, Monroe, and Palm Beach counties. 2 million people spread across 4 counties and 109 municipalities, this initiative plays a crucial role in addressing climate challenges. The Compact offers a range of initiatives including Climate Action Plans, workshops, and summits to advance climate solutions through regional action. Recently, the Priority Climate Action Plan was launched to facilitate greenhouse gas reduction measures for entities within the region.
