South East London Tennis is the official coaching provider for Lewisham parks, delivering tennis and pickleball courses throughout the year at 10 local venues. Its programmes are designed for people of all ages and abilities, including children aged four and above, adults, and participants with disabilities. LTA-accredited coaches lead junior lessons in safe, inclusive settings, using games and dynamic training to help children build skills and confidence. Adult tennis coaching supports players at different levels, with options including social play, doubles and cardio tennis.

The organisation also runs children’s holiday camps during half-term, Easter and summer breaks, with booking available by day or week. For adults, pickleball lessons introduce an accessible, sociable racket sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton and table tennis. Sessions take place across Lewisham park courts and at Ladywell Centre’s indoor sports hall, which offers mini tennis and pickleball. South East London Tennis aims to make sport enjoyable and welcoming while helping people develop their game, stay active and connect with their local community.
