Southern String Hat Company is a hat brand built by Richii, offering custom-branded, ranch-style hats with a hard-working Southern aesthetic. Its central offering is the Hat of the Month Crew, a recurring subscription for customers who want a new limited-edition hat delivered each month. Members can choose a month-to-month or six-month subscription, receive a guaranteed monthly drop, and avoid rejoining the waitlist for each release.
Hats ship during the last week of the month, while limited spots and periodic store openings make the waitlist an option when subscriptions are unavailable. Southern String also features past hat drops and promotes designs that are exclusive to the brand. Membership extends beyond the products: the company says it offers random giveaways, including tickets and cash, as well as concert meetups, discounts, and other benefits.
Southern String presents its hats as more than accessories, building a community around monthly releases and shared experiences. Customers can find subscription details, updates, shipping and refund policies, and other support information through the company’s website
