South Florida Gynecology & Women’s Health is a women-led medical practice providing gynecologic care in Dadeland, Miami, and Pembroke Pines, Florida. Founded in 2006 by Dr. Randye Karmin, the practice has grown from a boutique office to serve patients across Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Its providers offer compassionate, personalized care for women from adolescence through menopause, with an emphasis on helping patients feel heard, respected, and comfortable.

Services include routine well-woman exams, Pap smears, contraception and family-planning guidance, menopause consultations, and in-office ultrasound. The practice also evaluates and treats concerns such as abnormal or heavy periods, fibroids, PCOS, pelvic pain, abnormal Pap results, endometriosis, and urinary incontinence. Additional procedures and services include hysteroscopy, colposcopy, endometrial biopsy, IUD and Nexplanon placement or removal, and LEEP.

Care is provided by gynecologists Randye Karmin, MD, and Ninoutchka Dejean, MD, with Jennifer Vives, APRN. Patients can book online or by phone. The practice accepts most major insurance plans, including Medicare, and offers self-pay pricing for uninsured patients; it does not accept Medicaid.
