Southland Motor Escort provides an order form for arranging motor escort services connected with funeral and memorial services. The form is designed for mortuaries or other customers coordinating a service, and collects key details needed to process an order, including the date and time, service location, cemetery, and the decedent’s last name. Customers can also specify the requested number of motors and standby units, provide a contract or file number when applicable, and add special instructions or other information.

The form asks for the customer’s name and an email address or fax number, unless Southland Motor Escort already has their contact information. It notes that the requested arrival time is usually 30 minutes before the service at the service location, with space to explain a different timing request. After submitting an order, customers who do not receive confirmation are directed to call 888-693-9700 or email [email protected]. The available information presents Southland Motor Escort primarily through its service-ordering process and customer support contact details.
