Southlands Arts Centre is the creative community hub of Yiewsley and West Drayton, serving Hillingdon and West London. It is closely connected with the local community and is home to the Yiewsley and West Drayton Arts Council, a registered charity. The centre brings people together through opportunities to make, learn about and enjoy the arts.

Its regular groups and classes span visual art, crafts, life drawing, photography, film, music, gardening and other interests. Visitors can take part in activities such as painting, knitting, crochet, card-making, chess and creative workshops, or enquire about starting a new group. The centre also hosts a varied programme of events, including art and photography exhibitions, literary talks and festivals, music events, craft markets and maker fairs.

Southlands offers a community café, gallery space, garden and rooms for hire, alongside event tickets and workshop bookings. It welcomes support through donations and fundraising, and invites people to join, attend activities or help build its creative community.
