Soy Purple Woman is a women’s fitness and wellbeing brand founded by Elena López, a personal trainer specialising in women’s health and abdominal and pelvic floor conditions. Known on social media as @soypurplewoman, Elena supports women through different stages of life, from trying to conceive and pregnancy to postpartum recovery and menopause. The brand’s training programs are designed for women of varied ages and fitness levels, whether or not they are mothers.
Services include pregnancy and postpartum training, support for diastasis and pelvic floor concerns, hypopressive exercise, the 5P Method, menopause-focused workouts and broader women’s fitness training. Sessions and programs can incorporate strength and endurance work, mobility, posture, breathing and functional exercise, with attention to each woman’s circumstances and needs. The stated aims include supporting abdominal and pelvic floor recovery, building strength, improving movement and posture, and helping manage weight. Soy Purple Woman also offers workshops and shares information through its blog. Women who are unsure which program suits them can contact Elena to discuss their situation and possible support.
