Klubíčko Beroun a Sociální podnik Klubák

Sociální podnik Klubák, z.ú. is a regional social enterprise founded by Klubíčko Beroun, a nonprofit organization providing registered social services. Its central purpose is to create meaningful employment for people whose lives are affected by disability, especially adults with disabilities from the local area and former Klubíčko clients who have developed the skills to take on work responsibilities. Employees can access a range of job positions, adapted working hours, education, opportunities for professional and personal growth, and individual support.

Klubák serves local customers and the wider public through socially beneficial services, with a focus on the Beroun region. Its activities include Bistro Vráž and NEJen Bistro, which provide places for visitors to eat and learn more about the enterprise. The organization also offers substitute performance in accordance with Czech employment law, enabling eligible businesses to meet their obligations while purchasing its services. Through its work, Klubák connects local service provision with inclusive employment and supports people with disabilities to participate in working life.
