SPAA

St. Peters Athletic Association (SPAA) is a dedicated non-profit organization based in St. Charles County, Missouri, established in 1972.

The league focuses on nurturing the ideals of good sportsmanship, teamwork, honesty, and respect among youth, providing a safe and supportive environment for children aged 4 to 19. SPAA offers a range of programs, including T-Ball for young players, pitching machine leagues for children aged 6-8, as well as various divisions for boys baseball and girls softball. With over 1,500 participants, the association prioritizes matching players with similar skill levels to foster enjoyment and success in the game.

SPAA's philosophy emphasizes the emotional and physical well-being of players over competitive outcomes, creating practices that are both fun and productive. Guided by the principle that the experience should primarily benefit the children, the organization also encourages fair play and respect towards umpires, coaches, and fans. SPAA is committed to expanding its reach and continuing its legacy of community-focused youth development
