The Association of Space Explorers (ASE) is an organization that brings together astronauts and cosmonauts to share the distinctive perspective gained through human spaceflight. Its vision is a future in which living, working, and exploring in space are familiar parts of human life. To support that vision, ASE promotes the benefits of space science, exploration, and international cooperation, while encouraging care for Earth and inspiring future generations.

The association’s work spans STEM and educational outreach, planetary stewardship, exploration, and international collaboration. Its programs and initiatives include educational activities, planetary congresses, and work focused on near-Earth objects, space traffic management, and orbital debris. ASE also shares information about its members, leadership, history, and contributors, and provides a bookshelf of related material. The organization participates in events such as international space conferences and astronaut reunions, creating opportunities to connect the space community and bring the astronaut perspective to wider audiences. Through these efforts, ASE aims to help people understand the value of space exploration and its connections to life on Earth.
