About SpaceIn
SpaceIn | Nibong Tebal is a pioneering brand that aims to lead the space exploration industry in Malaysia. With a strong belief in the accessibility of space discovery, SpaceIn combines low-cost technologies with innovative solutions to revolutionize satellite manufacturing and inspire the next generation of space enthusiasts. Previously an enterprise company, SpaceIn was formed by a group of three Postgraduate Students in the USM Space System Lab (USSL) and mentored by a lecturer/researcher.
In August 2020, SpaceIn became a spin-off company of Universiti Sains Malaysia and is now led by Dr. Norilmi Amilia Ismail. SpaceIn offers various products and services to fulfill its mission.
They started with the CanSat Kit for Education, utilizing satellite technology to educate students and the public. Additionally, SpaceIn provides near-space platform services through High Altitude Balloon and expands the application of PocketQUbe satellite for IoT purposes. With a dedicated and talented team, including professionals in finance, engineering, administration, marketing, and more, SpaceIn is backed by esteemed advisors who provide valuable insights.
