SPACE, or Spreading Positive Attitude in Community for Empowerment of Families, is a community-focused initiative by Adarsh Shiksha Sansthan. It aims to empower families by helping individuals recognize their strengths, address fears and guilt, and develop practical tools for everyday life. Its work covers emotional and thought balance, health promotion, financial improvement, relationship enhancement, and conflict management.

SPACE offers Basic, Advance, and Super Advance courses, along with workshops, group sessions, and trainer-certification programs. Topics include people and conflict management, productivity, communication, money management, relationships, and personal wellbeing. The programs draw on psychological and energy-based approaches and are led by Neelam Bakshi, a psychotherapist, life and business coach, and former senior corporate manager with more than 25 years of corporate experience. The organization states that its programs have supported more than 2,000 people and shares participant stories describing greater confidence, self-understanding, and improved relationships. Based in Ashok Vihar, Delhi, SPACE presents personal transformation as a foundation for positive change within families and the wider community.
