SPA Monaco is an animal welfare association dedicated to helping abandoned and mistreated animals find caring, responsible homes. Its work includes operating the Abri SPA de Monaco refuge in Peille, where dogs and cats are cared for while awaiting adoption. The organisation shares profiles of animals available for adoption and guides prospective owners through the adoption process, including eligibility conditions, useful documents, and adoption fees.

Applicants must meet the animal at the refuge, and requests from outside the local area are considered individually. The association stresses that adopting an animal is a serious commitment and that time may be needed for adjustment. Alongside adoption services, SPA Monaco raises awareness about animal abandonment, publishes refuge and association news, and works with partners on initiatives that support animal welfare.

The public can help its mission by making a donation, contacting the association, or subscribing to its newsletter for updates and new adoption listings. Its goal is to give each animal in its care the opportunity to join a loving, considerate family
