Teresa Regan Hess

Sparkle and Zest is Teresa’s space for exploring healing, embodiment, sensuality, parenting, creativity, and a life connected to a deeper sense of aliveness. Through her work, Teresa supports women in building a more loving relationship with themselves and tuning in to their inner experience through the body, emotions, heart, root, and spirit. Her approach also speaks directly to mothers, helping them develop more authentic, loving connections with themselves and their children. Parenthood is presented as an opportunity for personal deepening and spiritual expansion, as well as a relationship to nurture with care and presence.

Teresa offers ways to work with her, including one-to-one mentoring, InnerWild mentoring, an InnerWild Immersion, and drama class offerings. These services are intended to accompany people as they cultivate self-connection and unfold along their own journeys. The site also features a blog and invites visitors to connect through social media or subscribe for updates. Sparkle and Zest is centered on supporting women, especially mothers, to live with greater connection to themselves and the aliveness they find within.
