SparklesLab is a Hong Kong-based hospitality consultancy that helps brands create memorable guest experiences, meaningful partnerships and well-managed events. Founded by EHL graduate Sophie Bron, whose previous experience includes Rosewood Hong Kong and The Ritz-Carlton Reserve, the consultancy brings luxury hospitality standards to projects across Asia and Europe, working in English and French.
Its services include customer experience design, from mapping customer journeys to developing distinctive guest moments; brand partnerships that enhance services and strengthen brands; and end-to-end event planning for corporate dinners, launches, VIP evenings and group programmes. SparklesLab also manages hospitality projects from initial idea through launch, coordinating scope, suppliers and budgets.
The consultancy works with hotels and resorts, restaurants and bars, retail and luxury brands, public relations and events agencies, venues, and travel and tourism companies. Its project examples include a wellness suite aboard a superyacht for a Singapore festival, programmes for FIA partners in Macau and Hong Kong, and a collaboration involving Chopard and SwissCham Singapore. SparklesLab is based in Hong Kong and serves clients internationally.
