SparkOnward

SparkOnward is a coaching and counselling practice founded by Rashmi Baya, supporting individuals and organisations through midlife transitions, burnout, career uncertainty, relationship changes, and other major life shifts. Drawing on more than 25 years of experience in psychology, leadership development, and human behaviour, Rashmi helps clients recognise inherited expectations and patterns that may no longer serve them. Her approach combines empathy with direct, practical guidance, helping people gain clarity, confidence, and direction to make choices aligned with who they are.

Services for individuals include online and in-person UNSCRIPT™ mentoring, an eight-week intensive group program, breakthrough sessions, workshops, and community conversations through SparkOn Circles. The work focuses on understanding personal patterns, exploring emotions and strengths, and creating a clear path forward. For organisations, SparkOnward offers leadership coaching and support for organisational cultural change. The practice also provides a Corporate AI Adoption Readiness Program. Through one-to-one support, group experiences, and organisational services, SparkOnward helps people navigate change and take greater ownership of their lives and work.
