Spark Racing Technology

Spark Racing Technology is a French engineering and manufacturing company focused on high-performance electric mobility and motorsport. Based in Tigery, south of Paris, it brings its design office, engineering team and manufacturing capabilities together under one roof, supporting coordinated development and production. The company’s expertise combines mechanics, electronics and software, and aerodynamics to create integrated engineering solutions for clients.

Spark was involved from the beginning in developing the all-new racing single-seaters for Formula E’s inaugural 2014 season, a championship conceived by Frédéric Vasseur, Alejandro Agag and Jean Todt. Formula E remains central to the company’s mission, while its work has expanded to include Extreme E and Extreme H projects, concept cars for automotive manufacturers, and other sports-vehicle activities. Spark also applies racing knowledge to engineering projects in electric mobility. Its nearby facilities allow it to shakedown and test prototypes on different types of terrain, helping it move quickly while supporting quality control and a more optimized carbon footprint.
