Sparrow Point Foundation is a nonpartisan national institution being established in 2026 to strengthen the industrial base of the United States and its allies. Its work focuses on the companies, capital, and public institutions that design, build, and field defense and critical infrastructure capabilities. The Foundation connects national security with domestic economic opportunity, emphasizing that resilient production supports both allied deterrence and well-paid industrial employment.

Its activities combine curated convenings, mission-focused challenges, and published research. It brings together practitioners from government, industry, investment, and technology for candid, off-the-record discussions about acquisition, financing, supply chains, and production capacity. It also sources unclassified problems from operators and infrastructure owners, matching them with engineers and founders who develop solutions with mentorship and expert judging. Findings are published in accessible reports, free to read.

The Foundation plans two annual programs: the New York National Security Forum, examining government demand and defense investment, and SoCal Deep Tech Week in Long Beach, featuring summits on domain awareness, critical infrastructure, and industrial resilience.
