Joseph Teti OFFICIAL

Spartan Americana is a tactical and firearms training provider based in North Carolina, serving civilians, law enforcement personnel, and corporate teams. Led by founder and chief instructor Joseph Teti, described on its website as a Special Forces veteran and former CIA Ground Branch operative, the organization draws on more than 20 years of tactical training and real-world military and government special operations experience.

Its courses focus on firearms proficiency, practical tactics, situational awareness, and the mental preparation needed to respond to high-pressure situations. Training is designed for adult participants with varying skill levels and emphasizes a respectful, learning-focused environment rather than a boot-camp approach. Spartan Americana aims to help students build confidence, make sound decisions under stress, and understand the physical and psychological demands of armed confrontations.

The organization also promotes preparedness for crisis situations, including home invasions, active-shooter incidents, and civil unrest. Its approach combines practical instruction with insights from psychology and the instructor’s operational experience, with the goal of developing skills relevant to personal safety and self-reliance.
