Its care is personalized and performance-focused, with 60-minute, one-on-one sessions designed to identify the underlying causes of discomfort and build a practical path to recovery.

Services include performance physical therapy and golf rehabilitation and fitness. Treatment may combine manual therapy, dry needling, corrective exercises, mobility and stability work, and progressive strengthening. For golfers, Spartan offers assessment using the 16-point Titleist Performance Institute Fitness Screen and customized programs to support improvement and continued play. The clinic’s three-step approach is to reset by reducing pain and identifying its causes, restore tissue function, and reload for performance and injury prevention.
