SpartanTwo

Spartan Two is a husband-and-wife-owned firearms education and mentoring business operated by Paul and Tracy Sinclair in Edmond, Oklahoma. Its mission is to teach and support people interested in using firearms safely and effectively for personal protection. The business welcomes clients from diverse backgrounds who meet applicable legal requirements for firearm possession.

Spartan Two emphasizes small, personal classes, typically limited to six to eight participants, and conducts training in the Sinclairs’ home to provide a comfortable setting for learning and discussion. Offerings include the Oklahoma Self-Defense Act course, an eight-hour class covering state law and pistol fundamentals, with range instruction. Students may borrow a pistol if they do not have one.

Other listed and planned training includes NRA Basic Pistol Phase II, advanced concealed-carry concepts, and simulated-munitions exercises focused on topics such as home defense, cover and concealment, and room-clearing techniques. Individual mentoring can be tailored to a client’s goals, including range practice, firearm selection, holster and carry options, reloading, and malfunction clearance.
