– Spass im Nass

Aquarius is a swim school serving families in Obfelden and Mettmenstetten in Switzerland’s Säuliamt region. Established in 1981, the school brings 45 years of experience to teaching children to swim, with small groups, an enjoyable learning environment and instruction certified by swimsports. ch.

Its curriculum follows the seven official swimming foundation tests, offering nine badge levels that guide learners from water confidence and basic movement to refined strokes, deep-water safety and advanced technique. Courses are available for children from age four, with the beginner Krebs level introducing skills such as submerging, floating and gliding. Each subsequent stage builds on abilities learned earlier, and course fees of CHF 220 include the badge and pool admission.

Aquarius also offers courses for adults, a technique class for children who have completed the Eisbär level, and a one-week summer intensive course at the Obfelden outdoor pool. Regular lessons take place at two locations, with multiple weekday and Saturday schedules, while summer-course dates can be requested
