About SPCA Singapore
SPCA Singapore, also known as the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, is a registered non-governmental animal welfare charity with IPC status. Their mission is to promote kindness and prevent cruelty to animals through education, advocacy, and action. SPCA offers a wide range of services to fulfill their mission.
These include 24/7 emergency rescues, a comprehensive adoption program that includes the Project Adore scheme, lost and found services for pets, and a shelter for sick, injured, abused, abandoned, and unwanted animals. They also provide education and outreach programs, run Singapore's only not-for-profit community animal clinic, advocate for pertinent animal welfare issues, and manage the nationwide Dog Trap-Neuter-Release-Manage (TNRM) program. By relying on donations from supporters, SPCA is able to continue providing these essential services and work towards building a compassionate Singapore where all animals are treated with kindness and respect
