SPEAK is a construction workforce and organisational health service operated by VYBRAH LTD. It helps construction businesses understand and improve workforce wellbeing by combining trusted, human-led engagement with structured reviews, data and reporting. Its services are designed for construction leaders and HR, health and safety, and social value teams, with review options for both large contractors and complex organisations, and subcontractors and SMEs.

SPEAK’s Human Layer uses on-site conversations and WhatsApp engagement to build trust and surface pressures affecting workers. Its Organisational Health Review examines the systems around people, including processes, communication and working conditions, to identify areas for improvement. Measurement and impact reporting help organisations monitor engagement and progress, inform operational decisions and provide evidence of social value activity.

SPEAK delivers its work in live construction environments and reports having reached more than 1,500 workers, with 58 site visits booked and 12 trial sites delivered. Founded from lived experience and a belief in addressing concerns before they become crises, SPEAK aims to help businesses spot pressure earlier and take informed action. It also offers discovery calls and OHR pilot discussions.
