Speakerinnen. org is a brand aimed at increasing the visibility of women in the field of public speaking. They tackle the frustration felt by many people due to the predominant presence of men in media interviews and conference presentations.

Believing that there are many competent women who can speak on various topics, Speakerinnen. org provides a list of female experts, making it easier for event organizers to find diverse speakers. The brand also actively encourages women to speak more often and publicly about their areas of expertise.

Speakerinnen. org was created by eight women with the support of four coaches as part of the Rails Girls Berlin learning project, initiated by Anne Roth. Their goal is to achieve a balanced male-to-female ratio at events and support women in finding the right platform for their voices to be heard.
