Speaks 4 You

Speaks 4 You Inc. is a nonprofit focused on expanding access to learning and scholarship resources for historically disinvested and disadvantaged communities. Founded by BerThaddaeus and JaQuitta Bailey, the organization aims to help students and families find reliable information and opportunities to pursue their goals.

Its services center on scholarship literacy and include a regularly updated hub of vetted local and regional scholarships, a self-paced online course, and customized seminars for community groups. Speaks 4 You also partners with public, private, and charter schools and districts to provide seminars, virtual learning modules, and tracking tools for students and education professionals. Additional offerings include limited one-on-one scholarship coaching and scholarship guides for organizations to distribute to students, parents, and families.

Services are offered free or at low cost, subject to availability and capacity. The organization also supports students through the Dr. Jerome B.

Wade Scholarship Program and welcomes donations to help fund its mission of improving equitable access to resources and information
