About Special Hope Network
Special Hope Network is a faith-based organization working in Zambia, Africa to create a world where children with intellectual disabilities are valued and included. They provide training and support to families, caregivers, educators, and community leaders to ensure quality care and inclusive environments for these children. Their mission is to address the needs of children with intellectual and developmental disabilities by offering economic solutions.
In areas like Lusaka, Zambia, children with intellectual disabilities often face a lack of critical care, facilities, and support. Special Hope Network aims to empower parents and caregivers to provide a safe and loving space for their children while educating communities to value and embrace these children. They believe that every child is created with great purpose and has the ability to positively impact their communities.
Through their Community Care Centers and Community Outreach programs, Special Hope Network has made a life-changing difference for children with intellectual disabilities and their families since 2012. They provide medical care, educational support, and guidance to schools, churches, and orphanages caring for these children. By donating to Special Hope Network, you can help improve the lives of children with intellectual disabilities, empower families and caregivers, and provide holistic health and exceptional education and therapies.
