Noga Milstein offers coaching and guidance for parents and family caregivers of autistic children, helping them improve family well-being and approach parenting with greater confidence and calm. Drawing on more than 30 years of experience as a mother of three children with special needs, including an autistic eldest child, as well as work in education and coaching training, Noga provides practical, personalized support. Her services are available in person in Rishon LeZion or online.

The core program consists of 10 individual sessions tailored to each parent, child, and family. Topics include understanding autism and a child’s individual needs, responding to challenging moments, managing stress and emotions, communicating effectively, setting boundaries without guilt, and making room for parental self-care. Parents also receive guidance on encouraging their child’s independence and considering future options such as education, housing, leisure, and employment. The aim is to help families reduce daily strain, strengthen connection and confidence, and apply useful tools at home. Noga also offers an introductory conversation and shares parenting tips and resources.
