SPECIMEN architects

Specimen is an architecture and design practice presenting a diverse portfolio of projects across residential, office, cultural, health and hospitality sectors. Its work ranges from private houses and larger residential developments to workplaces, cultural facilities, healthcare projects and hospitality spaces. The portfolio includes projects at different stages, from competitions and building-permit applications to execution, ongoing work and completed buildings, offering a view of the practice’s involvement throughout the design and delivery process.

Specimen’s listed projects span several decades, with work dating from 2010 to current projects begun in 2024. Examples include residential projects such as Alix, Aubepines and Rivaux; cultural commissions such as TREM.A and Saint-Servais; and health projects including Vanbemmel, Thiefry and Messidor. Hospitality work includes Jourdan, Inthira and Auberge, while office projects include TRAKK and JET. Project sizes range from compact interventions of 16 square metres to substantial developments of several thousand square metres.
