Spectacular Kids

Spectacular Kids Occupational Therapy (Spectacular Kids OT) is a pediatric occupational therapy practice based in Bronxville, New York. Its mission is to provide a nurturing, supportive environment where children feel understood and can develop mentally, emotionally, socially, and physically. The practice offers individualized therapy sessions, evaluations, and initial consultations, with in-person appointments and teletherapy options.

Its services draw on a range of approaches, including the SOS (Sequential Oral Sensory) Approach to Feeding, sensory integration strategies, social-emotional learning, and principles supporting self-regulation. Therapy may also incorporate developmental and early-intervention frameworks, play-based and child-led activities, and sensory-motor approaches. The practice supports children’s development across physical, social, emotional, and cognitive areas, including attention to developmental milestones and primitive reflexes.

Spectacular Kids OT also offers pediatric yoga and movement-based activities for young children. Its Adventure Moves classes use imaginative, sensory-rich play to encourage gross motor skills, coordination, confidence, and social participation. The practice serves families by appointment at its Bronxville location and provides remote sessions for those unable to attend in person.
