SPECAUC is a free-to-use mock auction platform created by The Spectors for running IPL-style player auctions. It helps organizers set up an auction with their own teams, owners, and player pool, then bring participants together in a live session. Bidders can join from their phones, while the auction activity is displayed on a shared live screen so participants can follow proceedings as they happen.
The platform supports different roles through dedicated portals: an admin portal, a curator portal, and a bidder portal. A curator can provide a session ID that viewers enter on the live-screen page to follow an auction in progress. For new users, SPECAUC also offers a full walkthrough covering the process from setting up teams through selling the final player.
