Speech with Wit

Speech with Wit is a pediatric speech-language practice founded in 2021 by Whitney Kramer, MA, CCC-SLP, an ASHA-certified and licensed speech-language pathologist with experience in schools and private practice since 2012. The practice provides family-centered services for children in Colorado, including the Denver area, and Iowa, with telehealth available throughout both states. Its approach combines child-centered assessment, evidence-based treatment, and family coaching to help caregivers support communication in everyday routines and play.

Services include free 15-minute telehealth screenings or phone consultations, dynamic speech and language evaluations, individual and group intervention, and coaching. Areas of support include expressive and receptive language, social communication, literacy, play, gestalt language, speech sounds, apraxia, stuttering, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). Speech with Wit also offers coaching and consultations for families across the United States, plus training, presentations, and mentoring for speech-language pathologists, educators, and other providers. The practice is self-pay and does not accept insurance. It is currently not accepting new clients; families can submit intake forms to join waitlists.
