Spera Coaching

Spera Coaching is a personal coaching and equine support practice based in Groningen, offering guidance to people and horses who may be facing challenges or feeling stuck. Its approach emphasizes kindness, honesty, sincerity, and follow-up care. The practice welcomes people who feel different, have been through difficult experiences, want to build self-acceptance, or hope to become more open to others. Although its focus was previously on neurodiverse women, Spera Coaching now opens its support to a broader group.

For horses, Spera Coaching works with situations such as grief after losing a companion, distress linked to past trauma, and difficulties during training, including refusals or sudden bucking. The service aims to help identify and release underlying blocks, supporting more comfortable cooperation and wellbeing. Offerings listed on the site include personal coaching, energy work, equine coaching, horse-whispering support, and horse training. Tarot readings are marked as not yet available, while barefoot hoof trimming is listed as a service in training.
