SPF Parkour Academy

SPF Parkour Academy is a family-owned movement and fitness facility in Mesa, Arizona, serving students and families since 2007. The academy began offering parkour in 2009 and describes itself as the first dedicated parkour facility and the creator of the first Lil Ninja program in the country. Its mission is to help students build confidence in a safe, fun, and positive environment, guided by certified staff who are active in their own athletic disciplines.

Programs include parkour and freerunning, Ninja Warrior Jr, trampoline, tumbling, boxing, and adaptive classes. Age-specific options range from a Kinder program for ages 4–6 to classes for older children, teens, and adults; homeschool programs are also available. SPF offers open-gym Jam Times for independent practice, seasonal camps and holiday camps, birthday parties, events, and monthly Nerf nights. Families can use the academy’s app to sign waivers, manage classes, and view student progress. Located at 1830 E. Baseline Road, Suite 108, SPF Parkour Academy is also an approved Arizona ESA vendor supporting homeschool families.
