About Spielerhilfe
Introducing Verein Spielerhilfe, the only 100% independent player protection association in Austria. We are dedicated to improving player protection and fighting for better regulations in Austria. Our organization is not influenced by the gambling industry, as we do not rely on their donations or contracts.
Our sole focus is on implementing efficient measures to protect players, especially those struggling with addiction. As former affected individuals ourselves, we thoroughly understand the realities of player protection. We have taken action against the violations and lack of reliability in the Austrian Lotteries, including breaches of youth protection regulations.
While the authorities and key stakeholders have shown little interest in addressing these issues, we have alerted all relevant agencies, both within and outside Austria.
