Spire Injury Clinic is a Salisbury-based sports therapy practice founded by Alex Bance, offering treatment and practical guidance to help people recover from injury and return to the activities they enjoy. Drawing on 12 years of experience as a sports therapist and a background in the Infantry, tree surgery and endurance running, Alex takes an individual approach focused on identifying the underlying causes of discomfort. Services include sports therapy for injury treatment, prevention and aftercare, with techniques tailored to individual needs. Treatment may involve joint mobilisation, muscle activation and soft tissue work, supported by education and remedial exercises for ongoing self-care. Spire Injury Clinic also offers one-to-one running gait analysis and lectures or talks for workplaces and sports clubs. Running coaching is planned for launch in 2027. Based in Old Sarum, Salisbury, the clinic aims to help clients understand their condition, maintain progress and work toward personal goals, from everyday activities to distance running.
