Recently, the airline entered into a restructuring support agreement (RSA) backed by a supermajority of its loyalty and convertible bondholders. The restructuring includes a robust $350 million equity investment alongside a significant deleveraging transaction to equitize $795 million of funded debt.

Throughout the prearranged chapter 11 process, Spirit Airlines assures its Guests of uninterrupted travel services, including the ability to book flights and utilize tickets, credits, and loyalty points without any hindrance. Importantly, the restructuring process ensures that Team Member wages and benefits remain unaffected.
